Working out is great! It gets your blood pumping, and feeling good, builds muscles, and boosts your overall confidence and mental health; all great things! Be careful though! People are prone to injury while working out when using the wrong technique or lifting too much weight! Repeated injury can lead to waves of demotivation and then burnout.
